• Leave the M23 motorway at Junction 10, signposted Crawley.

• Continue along the A2011/A23 (Crawley Avenue) and turn right at the 3rd roundabout into Ifield Avenue.

• Continue along Ifeld Avenue and go straight over two mini roundabouts and third slightly larger roundabout. About 2 miles further on you'll see Prestwood Lane on the left (Look out for the brown tourist signs for Waterhall Country Hotel).

• We are the first building you come to, about 300 yards along on the right hand side. You will see the hotel to your right and car park to your left.

• The sign outside reads 'Waterhall Country Farm'

• Look out for the stag!
